ELAM Solutions is a web-based application and is constantly being optimized. Make sure that you have the latest browser version installed. The following browsers are currently supported on Windows and Ubuntu operating systems:

Check your favorite browsers for new updates at least once a month.
NOTE: If you use a different browser, or a different operating system such as iOS or Android, this can lead to program errors.
When ELAM Solutions is updated, it is important to clear the browser cache.

For an optimal user experience, we recommend using ELAM Solutions on monitors with a resolution of at least 1920x1080 (Full HD).
